Do You Know Your Worth?

Do You Know Your Worth?

You probably don''t know me, and no, I don''t know you, but the purpose of this book is to reveal to you what God can do. It says in Jeremiah 29:11 that God has a plan and purpose for our life, but in order to live that purpose out, we first have to grasp the fact that we''re worth the pain, worth the struggle, and worth God''s grace. If you don''t believe in the value that God has on your life, then you can''t live right no matter how hard you try. It hurts me to see how so many Christians in today''s time have yet to realize their worth in God. If many of them knew their worth, lifestyles would change. If many of them knew their worth, church walls would be unable to contain the praise. In order to truly be effective in the Kingdom, you have to know who you are. God stands ready, waiting to receive us, but we have to be willing to receive and accept ourselves even with all of our faults. After reading this piece, I pray that you are encouraged to press on in faith with a renewed, bold confidence in God himself. I hope that you enjoy this book as much as I''ve enjoyed writing it. God bless!!!!

Before the accident Nathaniel’s life seemed pretty good. His help around the farm made his father proud. But now, with a busted leg, Nathaniel can’t do farmwork anymore, so his father adopts another son through the Orphan Train. Feeling replaced and useless, Nathaniel attends school for the first time. Meanwhile, sturdy and strong John is able to do the work that earns Pa’s attention. But the truth is, John Worth has his own set of troubles. He is treated more like a servant than a son. Kept awake at night by nightmares of his family’s death, he remembers having a pa who took pride in him. But now he has no one, until a community battle and a special book reveal a potential friend — and a chance for understanding.

I Do?

I Do?

“I want you to stop a wedding!” When you run a bridal shop, you don’t hear those words very often. So when Sergeant Maxwell O’Roarke, United States Marine Corps, marched into my place and ordered me to lose his little sister’s wedding dress, it definitely got my attention. Not that I, Amy Brantley, bridal consultant extraordinaire, would ever do such a thing. After all, wedded bliss is my business. So instead of stopping the wedding, I think I’ll show Max just how un stoppable love can be.
