Frommer's Panama

Frommer’s Panama

Frommer’s books aren’t written by committee, or by travel writers who simply pop in briefly to a destination and then consider the job done. We use seasoned journalists like Nicholas Gill has been covering Panama for over a decade and has strong opinions on what travelers should do in country and what they can skip without regret. He’s also attuned to the fact that not all travelers have the same needs or budgets and so has created a guide that is extremely helpful whether you’re a honeymooner, a backpacker or are traveling with kids in tow. The book covers: Panamas top ecolodges, beach stays and wilderness resorts (some for luxury travelers, others for those on a budget). The best beaches, bird-watching and other outdoor activities, with fastidiously researched information on the best outfitters for adventuring. An in-depth look at Panama’s history and culture, from pre-Columbian times, through the building of the Canal, to the 21st century’s issues and debates, as well as an overview of the ecosystems and native flora and fauna. Doable, smartly conceived itineraries for one or two weeks, for families, and for adventurers. Savvy, sometimes sneaky, tips for saving money in ALL price ranges.

Could you take with you and deliberately choose a child friendly destination or leave them with a relative or friend until you return? Would depend of age and the time it was for or want to fix it around your child? What scenerio will take your child (s) and when you may not? Just wondering. Thanks advance for all responses. Dani =] There are a variety of views. All interesting, though. By the way, I'm not married I was just after opinions.

We were married on the 28th of this month and I have a 9 year old daughter and has no children. I have 32 years and he is 36. I briefly considered going to WDW or Disney cruise do. We spoke quickly to her for several people who also mentioned that we need a honeymoon and not a kiddymoon. " So we're taking a exotic vacations to Punta Cana from who knows when we can take a vacation for two in the short term as ar econsidereing esecially have a child together in the near future quickly. If I have no other option would be, of course, take, but as my mom and dad are able to see it for a week and does not count ..... we are taking a typical honeymoon.
